Making An Impact Starts With People. People Like You.

Since 2002, the Oakdale Sunrise Rotary has been building upon the history of over 102 years of serving the community and fulfilling the Rotary International motto of “Service Above Self”.  Our club’s membership is growing with each new member’s commitment to Service and Fellowship and to improve the community of Oakdale, CA where we live and work.

About the Rotary

Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

We connect passionate people with diverse perspectives to exchange ideas, forge lifelong friendships, and, above all, take action to change the world, starting with the communities in which we live and work.

We provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Student Scholarships

Every year the Oakdale Sunrise Rotary contributes funds to graduating seniors who are pursuing social reform jobs.

Community Assistance

We provide financial assistance and volunteers who offer their skills and resources to address community needs.

Partnerships

We partner with other non-profit organizations in the area to combine efforts for raising funds and awareness.

Creating Lasting Change

Whatever Rotary may mean to us, to the world it will be known by the results it achieves.  – Paul Harris

That commitment endures today through an organization that remains truly international. Only 16 years after being founded, Rotary had grown to clubs on six continents. Today members span the globe, working collectively to solve some of our world’s most challenging problems.
